Since our opening in August 2021, Nights & Weekends pizzeria has been dedicated to freshness, simplicity, & consistency. You'll love our small plates, salads, dressings & desserts — all original recipes made with love & in small batches from our kitchen.
Our wood fired oven, affectionately named Sophia, was shipped over from Modena, Italy, and constructed onsite. We fuel her with local oak, ash, and beech wood, cooking the pizzas at 800°F. She’s the heart of our restaurant, giving our pizzas their unique flavor and perfectly crisp crust.
We are thrilled to serve both locals and visitors alike from our wood fired pizza oasis on the shores of Lake Erie.
